DIY Kits: All returns must be within 14 days. All returns within that time will require the buyer to pay for shipping for return and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All kits must return in the same condition when they were made in the original packing. We will not accept any kits that have been wrapped, painted, or stained. All of our kits ship insured so if you received a damaged kit from freight delivery this must be addressed at the time of delivery and all damage noted to the Bill of Lading. Normal package delivery kits from Fedex, UPS, and USPS must be inspected within the 3 days of receiving and report any damage immediately. If you receive a damaged kit please do not return item until a claim has been made to cover any damages. They are insured and will be subject to inspection from there delivery companies. We are not responsible for any orders left over 90 days.
